Select “System Settings” on the HOME Menu. Scroll down to highlight “Parental Controls”, then select “Parental Controls Settings”. Enter the Parental Controls PIN for the console. If you have forgotten the PIN, it will need to be reset. Press the X Button (“Reset”) to remove the Parental Controls settings and PIN.
Bugs me that turning off the Switch can't turn off the TV. Great feature: Starting your game session without needing a remote. Missing feature: Ending your game session without needing a remote. The other devices I use all start/stop all needed devices, so my Logitech remote came out of storage just to turn off the system after using my Switch.

PinkBowser. • 3 yr. ago. Not really, but growing up (at least for me) I was lead to believe that leaving game cartridges in the system would damage them, since the pins on them were pretty sensitive. The same generation that believed the myth that blowing on the cartridges would remove dust and make them work again haha. Catastray.
